How the Gravel Calculator Works

The calculator finds the volume of your project from its length, width, and depth. It then converts that volume to cubic yards and estimates the weight using the selected gravel type.

A 10% allowance is also shown to help account for compaction, settling, uneven ground, and small measurement differences.
